1969 26″ Weber Fleetwood

Listed here is a very nice 1969, 26″ grill owned by WKC member G, most of us know him as Stu! This is one of the “flat top” 26ers. If you look, you can see the top of the lid of this grill is more flat compared to the typical rounded top of the 22″ grill. The lids on these grills are also “spun” metal. If you look close at the lid of one of these grills, you can see the lines in it that is part of the production process. Also unique to Stu’s grill are steel hub wheels with rubber tread, twist on ash catcher, metal bowl handles, and the 3 daisy wheel vents in the bowl which preceded the “One-Touch” system of today’s grills.
