Listed is an old Weber Wok, or “Coolie Pan” as it was called in some of the older Weber paperwork, and owned by WKC member Jeff. This was available as early as 1963 based on older brochures found. This steel pan came with a hand made iron ladle and shovel for turning the stir fry. This accessory cost 14.95. This particular pan was made to fit the 22.5 as well as the 18.5″ kettles by way of unique brackets on the outside of the wok. There was also a Coolie Pan that was made for the Smokey Joe! These pans are much nicer than any predecesors in that they offer taller sides, and steel instead of aluminum which allows you to achieve MUCH hotter temps.
