This feels like I am plagiarizing @Nate  from yesterday but I had to do it.

The fare Grilled cheese breakfast sandwich with smoked ham, and salsa cheese in a CI pan on the smokey Joe.

The setup, beautiful day low 60's this morning.

Home smoked sea salt

After I flipped the eggs, I put the ham on top and flipped again to prevent the egg yokes from hardening

On with the Bread

My Son, who is somewhat picky, esp with grilled food said "the best sandwich ever"

Took the day off of work to get multiple cooks in today.

For Breakfast, I decided to fire up the 26'r again..

Warming her up..

Putting on hashbrowns and warming up the other pan for the eggs

Working on the eggs and sausage

Adding cheese (of course) to the hashbrowns and then putting the bread on for the sandwiches

Time to eat...see you later today..

Breakfast looks great guys. I just realized my chimney is at Hoss's so lunch is on the stove. Armadillo eggs made up as a side for dinner later.

Took the day off so I could grill all day. I started with breakfast on my Jumbo Joe with the Kettle-Q from Little Griddle. I made sausage patties with bacon and scrambled eggs. I made sandwiches with bagels as buns. Everything turned out great!

I just finished getting the pictures from lunch. The kid and I grilled some cheese stuffed, bacon wrapped hot dogs at the recommendation of Indy82z. They were delicious and the addition of a pretzel bun made them even better! Grilled them on a Smokey Joe using a Green Bay Packers helmet lid. This was a test run with the lid to see how well it works. Since it was pretty much perfect, similar cooks will be made throughout the upcoming football season.

Does Brunch count as two cooks [emoji482]

Baked eggs with rye toast

I buttered and lined the bottom of some lodge mini Dutch ovens with Black Forest ham. I then added two eggs and some pepper. I covered and put on the grill for about 10 minutes at 350 , at the ten minute mark I added a mixture of grated cojita, cheddar and Gouda and about a table spoon of heavy cream , cooked another 5-7 minutes until bubbling and the eggs were done to a nice over easy . I grilling up some rye toast for dipping :)
