148 in the breast at about 2 hours and 45 minutes. I’m guessing it will take right at 3 hours.

Our 17lb bird at 129F, pulled off at 163F. Failed to get the plated pic due to the last minute rush with gravy and caving. Came out decent. Used the amazing rib Simon and Garfunkel wet rub. Good stuff.
