Chicken Wings on the 26 and two massive turkey wings in an old piece of cast iron I can’t identify on the stove.

Baskets not vortex this time.

@Firemunkee the baskets did a great job.

@Davescprktl the turkey wings are really good.  I take them to an internal of around 185-200 to get them tender.
