Thanks guys. Probably gonna go this route, and just keep an eye on the beans.
Most recently cooked a butt on 22 rotisserie at around 325 to 350. It was small about 6.5 lbs but cooked up fast at around 5.5 hours with no stall and no wrap. It was delicious and super simple.
