Thank you again @LightningBoldtz, for the Big Book of Burgers!
This cook was the perfect opportunity to get my Faded Fast & Furious broken in.Mixed in Weber burger seasoning.Topped with "Route 66" sauce and an onion-mushroom jam.
I'm already loving this burger book, LB.  Thanks!

We love that book too. I write the date of cook and ratings on the page corners with pencil for future reference.

Good idea, @Kneab.  I'm going to start doing that.  Highly recommend this book, it is more than just burgers, for example, there's an entire section for sausages.  'Nuff said.

I love this little gas kettle.  Somehow I missed your original thread about modding this grill.  Great idea!
