Let the smoking begin

Have a 26 kettle and the slow and sear on the way, will be hear Tuesday, can’t wait to throw some brisket on the grill amd start smoking some stuff up. I have gas genesis now and recently  picked up a Smokey joe for the sandbars which started the obsession. ;D great forum a lot of good information, never new how many bbq videos where on you tube wow tasty stuff

Hello Ed from the Czech Republic. I pulled a lot of sheepshead and snapper and some flatfish out of the water in your part of the country. I guess when you run out of brisket you will have lots of fish to grill.
