Hi all! I´ve been a griller for years and finally went for my first Weber Kettle, 22 inch, limited edition red. We grilled hereford beef burgers and skirt steak on Sunday and the flavor difference was noticeable.  STOKED! Next steps:  learning how to mod my weber and maximize flavor.  I look forward to many interesting chats.
