Smoked Turkey meatloaf…
recipe:
1lb ground turkey
Tablespoon bbq rub
1/2 cup bread crumbs
Small chopped onion
3 cloves chopped garlic
2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
1 lg egg
1/2 cup shredded cheese

Lightly combine and form into loaf
Slow cook to 164F (few hrs at 250-300F)

Brush in sauce and increase temp to 300F+ for last 10 min

I typically cook in a cast iron skillet and remove at the end to rest on a cutting board for 10min
Some people cook it right on the grill….

I love how Weber repurposed parts from the Ranch kettle on this.   The lid for the fireplace is basically an ash pan from a modern ranch.

The  fire pit with the standoff's where the first design, not sure when they changed to the new design. I do believe they changed the part number as well

I smoke homemade sausage on my WSM, I hang the sausage & I use the snake method along with an ATC to keep the temps low.
