I called Weber and asked them what the height of the Performer cart and all they could tell me was the overall height including the kettle top, weird. Does anyone know what the height of the Performer table is?

It isn't Craycort, it isn't Weber and it isn't cast iron, but they make for a 26 inch grill in 1/4 inch carbon steel plate -

I generally do st Louis style.  I'll try the skewers thank you!  I did 2 the other weekend, and they came out really good side by side but it was very tight and a few edges got a little crispy
