Kick'n Chicken Night
« on: February 12, 2015, 07:39:05 PM »
I got home a bit early, so had time to fire up the Performer for a cook tonight.

The chicken, asparagus and portobello were seasoned with Kick'n Chicken and a bit of Kosher Salt and freshly cracked pepper.

I cooked the chicken, indirect, for about an hour, while I cleaned the patio up a bit.

I used lump and a small chunk of applewood.

The asparagus and portobello didn't take too long.

Plated and ready...

Tasty and heathy!  Great cook.  Using a Performer is worth bonus points in my book.

Fine looking cook you got there Jason. What I can't stop looking at that though is that first shot of your back yard. Damn. I am hating Winter more and more as I get older. The palm trees, light from torches, green grass, warmth...........and a pair of Webers. I feel like asking if I can come live in your yard till the damn snow goes away.

Food looks amazing.  I'm even more jealous about the nice green grass and warmer area you live in.  Lol
