Weber 1401 griddle - NIB
« on: June 14, 2019, 05:04:11 PM »
I got tipped off on this NIB 1401 griddle. I took a long lunch break from work and made a 4 hr round trip to beautiful Fenwick Island DE. Once I arrived the seller stated she bought it in late 78 and never used it. She also mentioned she sold the kettle that went with it last year to someone who drove from NY to pick it up. She said it was yellow. Anyone here? This thing is HEAVY!!! Stamped Taiwan on the underside.

Special thanks to @firemunkee.

Does anyone have the melting domes that were sold for these griddles?  Would love to see pics of them.

Wow $55 back in the 70s...yeah it must be heavy!
ISO: Dark red/crimson mist kettle (cooker condition). 18" preferred, but a 22" would be awesome too.
