Not the greatest piks, cell phone in the dark is not as good as in the light. Sirloin Steak, Lobster tails I split open, and some clam stuffed thing from Publix on the Performer.

I diced up some garlic, added it to butter and zapped it in the microwave for a bit to baste after the flip.

@Harleysmoker  Everything looks great. I do lobster tails about every 2-3 weeks. The one thing I have learned is to make clarified butter this way the butter will not burn.

I love grilling lobster tails.  They taste way better grilled opposed to boiling them.

Looks fantastic! Steak and Lobster is perhaps my favorite meal.
