Another vote for keeping the table.  I think it's pretty cool and if you were going to cook on it, functional as well.  That's a beauty and a hell of a score.  Congrats!

Great find and cleanup, congrats!  My vote is to keep the table too.

I think from those wheels you've got a '73-'75. '73 was the when the all plastic wheels started.  I can't tell from the pictures, but do the bowl vents have large or small tabs? Small = '74 or earlier, large = '75+.

Bowl vents are small tabbed.

Looks like you've got yourself a '73 or '74 redhead.

Very nice score.  Don't even think about removing that table.

@Neil_VTOO, your depth of knowledge has been super helpful.

@Mr.CPHo - I can't take any credit for it.  My knowledge is all based on looking at the old catalogs and the Age Guide provided by the WKC brain-trust.

Wow, that is beautiful.  It is in such great shape.  Definitely keep the table and cook on it!  Glad you found it.

Awesome, love the interior color too!
I'd keep the table too, unless you don't like it...

Love the grill. I would keep the table if it was mine.
Wife said "No more GRILLS in this house!" So I bought a 2nd house!

@Cellar2ful So did you ever hear any info on the inside bowl color. Would be intersted in knowing the story. And +1 for keeping the side-table........although a matching exotic wood lid handle and side table from a certain someone might be a nice update. Just sayin'
I'll find you, Westerner

The strange part about that bluish porcelain inside the bowl is that it was more common around 1965-1968 era (pre PAT PENDING) Sweet red at any rate and I think it's cool to see even back in the day, people were doing cool mods like this. Enjoy it!

Thank you Neil_VT00. I'll go with '73 as that was my high school graduation year. Always wanted a redhead in high school but that is another subject.

That makes this kettle even more interesting then.  Anyone else have blue bowls?   ;D   Seriously though, I might have to pose that question on a different thread. I would be interested to see.
