11 lb Boston Butt.... No wrap on this one until the final rest, was on Saturday morning at 12:30am and took 17 hours 4 mins.  Stall lasted about 4 hours lol.  WSM held temps like a trooper, no additional fuel added, stirred the coals once.  No water pan, used the firedial.  Best one I’ve done.  Last pic is our bunny friend relaxing this morning in our flower bed....
