A recent post about fitting a brisket on an 18 Kettle made me think how well would a 22 Kettle bowl (sand legs and sweepers) would fit on top of the 18 WSM. I have no doubt that it would fit on top when the top grate is removed from the WSM, but I am more curious about how is the seal between the kettle and the midsection of the WSM? And then the other question is how well does the heat transfer to Kettle? Can you get to 225-250 degrees in the bowl?
