I have a few of the older Weber books, and I love looking at them, but I have to say that I appreciate the newer books even more.  Jamie Purviance does a great job of researching and describing his recipes-- I haven't been disappointed in one yet.

From 1990. Lots of dishes from around the world. This one is spiral bound, so it lays flat.

From 1999. Written by Jamie Purviance. A more 'high end' cookbook, with wine pairings, et al. Kinda like the Summit of Weber cookbooks. [emoji6]

I find thrift stores to be a good source of Weber books. I imagine dads get them for Father's Day and Christmas, and then they collect dust for several years before they are given away.

Actually I'm a dummy. Just quote and copy.

Picked up these 2 books at a thrift store.  A series of 4 in total.  Copyright 1996.

Someone here scanned the pages and I put them into a PDF, a 8.6MB download.
It's the iconic symbol for the backyard. It's family/friends, food and fun. What more do you need to feel everything [is] going to be all right. As long as we can still have a BBQ in our backyard, the world seems a bit of a better place. At least for that moment. -reillyranch
