The ring comes with 3 tabs, but didn't need these because it sits perfectly inside the lower bowl.

I just bought a jj 2 days ago. Did a burn in then some brats, and this evening potatoes. I think that ring wild be so cool. I'll have to keep an eye out next time it goes on sale. Looks friggin cool.

I like the way you think.  I elected this particular size because that's the size of my WSM.  Reviews on amazon re: 18"WSM are contradictory, two reviews say it doesn't fit well, one review says it was fine.  Only one way to find out for sure.  [emoji51]

I see the same amounts for the 22".  That post from chuck was from April 2016.  I see the non-sale price of the porcelain enameled version is $300 and is on sale for $72, whereas the stainless steel version is $190 full price and $93 on sale.
