Well after Saturday's relative fails, I had one last chance for redemption this weekend. Went to the store for some baby backs, but all they had was spares. I don't usually cook spares, but I thought I'd give it a try, as I wanted some ribs for the games.

Good, not great. I probably should have pulled them a little earlier, but a friend came over with wings and I got caught up in that. Wings got done on the 'cado, but didn't manage to get any pics.
All in all, had fun with the grills, but I don't feel like I put out my best food this weekend.
It happens...here's to the next cook.
