Bunch of meals I did over the last few months (Pic Heavy)
« on: March 19, 2014, 05:08:25 AM »
I have done a bunch of things lately but hVe not posted any food in a few months so thought I would post a bunch this morning.  April 6th will be my first full year BBQing with my Weber Kettles as I have never done anything before April 2013.  BBQ Pit Masters,  BBQ Pit Boys and WKC have been my inspiration in getting into my Weber Kettle and trying to learn to cook some on it.  Thanks to all on WKC as I read every day I get more and more ready for the spring and summer grilling season.  Tired of the winter season as its been bad here this year so many weeks I didn't get to grill but now its on.

Pork loin

Duel Chickens with potatoes and carrots

Corned Beef Brisket Point

Apricot Glazed Ham

Platinum Performer Kettle (In Blue), OTG (In Blue)

Looking to buy (18.5 blue or brownie and blue lantern)

I would say you are a pretty fast learner!  I like that you are going for some big cooks - that apricot ham looks really good!
