Sorry, I've been in Kamadoville for a while, but I got the performer out today for some filets, sautéed mushrooms, onions and garlic, loaded baked potato, and ice cream with fresh strawberries and bananas.
Happiness is found under the lid of a charcoal grill.

mmmm looks delicious I like smoking a tri tip like a brisket it's a fun cook and tri tips are a lot easier to come by where I am.

Late lunch today. Copper River Sockeye Salmon, seasoned with S&P, fresh dill, butter and lemon, on a cedar plank. Asparagus and rice, all cooked indirect over Cowboy lump. Never done the cedar plank before. Took about 40 minutes to get to 140F.
Happiness is found under the lid of a charcoal grill.
