The chicken never happened, the ribs were done sooner than expected, as I struggled to keep the temp down in my
Kamado. Even with the top and bottom vents shut, it kept rising, so there's leakage somewhere.
Happiness is found under the lid of a charcoal grill.

Fresh caught shrimp out of Horseshoe Beach, Florida

Normally I cast net my own shrimp, but was out of town last weekend. Fortunately my friend went shrimping Saturday and gave me enough shrimp for dinner.
