Been a pretty productive day! Lawn is mowd...And the outdoor table been sanded and oiled.


Spring/Summer has struck us in no time! So Sweet :cool:

Ok here is some food as promissed.

In a grill pan: Bells/onion. In the other pan shrooms/baby C.


Here are the contenders waiting in line! (beef tenderloin/Spears)


Reverse sear on the tenderloin...Direct with the Lemon/oil/salt/pepper Spears. When done put indirect to give the veggies a last toss over the flames.


Plated With a chilibearnaise:



So how was it?

Regarding the lawn cuttin', I feel the same way....actually looking forward to killing some dandelions this weekend.

Looks like excellent use of your Platinum. I love to grill veggies alongside the meat on my cookers. Later today I'll be doing spuds and sprouts with some lamb chops.

Great photography as well.

Looks great. And made me feel guilty for not mowing the lawn.
