Chicken 2 Ways On 2 "Beat" Reds

Got some leg/thigh quarters yesterday and marinated them up overnight. Half got an all purpose blend and the rest got a wet Jerk treatment. After work I got the cook going. I smoked the chicken on the PP Red for an hour and a half or so:



Then transferred it to the Red MT to grill:



When my wife came home and walked out back I pointed out the colour change on the cookers. She stated that they were both "beat" and how could I find either of them pretty?







Juicy and pink from the outside in. I had a little white/grey meat right next to the bone and the rest was pink:

Chicken looks great! And the Reds too, they look better than mine, but I think any blemishes just give them character. I mean mine are pushing 30 years old for goodness sakes, what do you expect!
