That might be worth a shot Brian.  I appreciate the thought.  Next time we meet up to trade a few things, bring it along.

This is kick ass.  Would a 22" WSM fit on any 22" kettle bowl?  A WSM could simply become an accessory for a kettle.  Maybe requiring the further stability of a Perf.

Indeed very awesome.  I wonder how the finish has held up over the last two years.  Any issues, Jeff?

Nope...no issues.  It IS an original porcelain finish after all.
I'm glad this got bumped.  I've been meaning to get a brisket going.  I just hate these short cold days!

@Jeff-

Tell me about the Burgundy finish.

I have my Pellet Poopin' Bullet 22" WSM and you know me...I have that thing for RED's and I'd like either powder coat the center and lid and just pop a RED bowl into the pellet hopper. Or get the Cajun Bandit conversion powder coated.
I cook on: Backwoods Gater, Lang 36, Hunsaker Smokers, Pellet Pro 22" WSM, BGE's, WSM's, Cajun Bandits, PK Grills, Drum Smokers, Genesis Silver C, Weber Q's, Cookshack 008, Little Chief, La Caja China #2, Lodge Sportsman...oh yeah! Weber Kettles! Kamado restoration and pit modification hack!
