Smoked Sausages On Marilyn
« on: January 14, 2015, 11:58:30 AM »
Picked up some lamb/beef sausages from a middle eastern butcher and decided to bring Marilyn out of my man room for the cook:

Burma may be good sometimes but no way is he getting some of this food:

I kept the temp down to about 160f grate temp running oak over Kingsford BB:

After about an hour of smoking:

I switch around the setup and grill next:

Served with a little mustard and Tiger Sauce:

Eye candy:

The red kettle against the white snow looks very nice, of course the kettle would look nice in any weather.
I am not a collector, but I do have a small collection.

Wow!  Sweet kettle and excellent cook.

I hope your sous chef got a piece of sausage.  :)

Beautiful red there, love the sausages. Burma looks like he's guarding the grill. Hope you threw him a piece for all his hard work!

These sausages were quite expensive actually....10 bucks for the lot. So the dog got nothing.

I have owned dogs for years and this my third Rottweiler. It is a tremendous breed for a certain type of person. This one is WOUND. I love him but respect the fact that he is 88 pounds of proper German breeding. Quite small for his breed and I tried packing weight on him but it failed. Bullet and Critical Burma are a couple of his nicknames the wife and I have hung on him. No way would he let anyone make my women upset....he sounds off when I do.

Seems like an awful lot of sausage on one plate. Not that I would complain. ;)
