Greetings! I just ordered a new 22" Premium Kettle (in copper!) and thought that getting engaged in this message board could be a great way to learn more and make the most of my investment. I've been grilling on propane for about 20 years now, and finally wanted to make a change to the classic Weber kettle. For the past couple years I've been smoking on a small electric smoker, and I'm excited for the challenge of mastering the kettle. I'd say I cook outside 3 or 4 times a week spring summer and fall, and I'll get out on the grill in the dead of winter for special occasions. Looking forward to meeting you all and learning a lot!
