Game day cooks, post er up!!!

What does the Weber nation have going on for the game day cooks for today? First up for me is some Roasted Smoked Salsa Verde. Gonna add some habanero in an effort to kick it up a notch. I have some apple wood in there for good measure. After that I'll smoke up some stuffed mushrooms, various sausages and who knows what else. Using the SnS today. Enjoy the day and smoke on my brothers.

That all looks fantastic. I make salsa on the grill frequently but haven’t tried verde yet. I also haven’t done stuffed mushrooms. 2 more things to add to the to do list.
