Hi,
Just been given a Weber Master-Touch in Red as a birthday present from the wife. I've not grilled/bbq'd in years, so it's gonna be a steep learning curve.
Fired up straight away with a spatchcock chicken, a load of chipolatas, and some roasted garlic bulbs.

+1 and lighter cubes are helpful instead of newspaper for the chimney so you don’t have the newspaper ashes flying.
