Went up north to getaway. Went into the freezer to look for something to grill.
Shrimp, chicken thighs, asiago cheese, and pretzel bagels, I had stopped at the store and bought some Virginian ham yesterday on my way and still had some.
Made a Marinade of Weber “Sweet ‘N Tangy BBQ” and EVOO. Let sit for 6 hours and did the shrimp with “Weber Boston Bay” and EVOO. Grilled the shrimp and then the chicken thighs about 1/2 way done with the chicken thighs I brushed on “Sweet Baby Ray’s Sweet Teriyaki” then placed the ham and asiago cheese on top.
At the last minute I remembered I had some stovetop stuffing so I threw that in also
