Handling hot food on the grill

What do you guys use or do to handle hot food on the grill?

Specifically, when moving large chunks of meat like brisket or pulled pork around the grill, flipping it upside down or moving it to the table to wrap. I typically use food-safe latex gloves but they transfer heat VERY quickly and I'm almost to the point of dropping the food.

Thanks for any suggestions!

I've used large serving forks over the years but this is something I started using lately that works for me. Great for shredding too which I think was the main idea behind the design...

I just use a towel so I minimally disturb the bark.

@Raindog... Interesting, I guess I could use my shredder claws until I find something better. I'd like to have something like a latex glove ultimately where I could handle food with great dexterity.

@SmokenJoe @jd I have a pair of gloves just like those but I use them to handle the chimney starter and grates so they are very dirty at this point. Not sure I like the material for handling food with though.

@JackofAllTrades, I use welding gloves for my chimney starter,  the ovegloves, I just wash them when they get dirty, my main use for them is handling my cast iron things

They say that the definition of stupidity is doing the same thing over and expecting different results. 

Well, I've spent years being stupid and grabbing hot things.  At this point in my life, it just doesn't hurt much.

I've used an ordinary, clean, kitchen towel, for briskets and ribs before. Anything smaller, I use 1-2 pair of quality tongs, depending on the situation. An oversize spatula can be helpful too.
