Its a glorious day here in the sunny UK. As the sun has got its hat on, I've been grilling my meal tonight.
This was the cut. This is one of the cheaper cuts here but it's just as good as an fillet if cooked right.
I seasoned it with some exotic seasoning. Never tried it before so I thought I'd give it a go.
