Making ribs for mother's day
Decided to try a coshell snake instead a typical Kingsford minion.
Normally a kblue snake in a kettle will hold 225 for several hours, but it's not enough to bring a 22" wsm or bandit up to temps.
Let's see what coshell can do!
I lit one end with a starter cube. 30 minutes later the pit probe hit 200.
Ribs went on and sat in peach smoke for 2.5 hours.
Temp was 300 here.
Now they're foiled for 2 hours.
