For those of you planning on attending, feel free to let us know if you plan to make a dish.  If so, what will it be?  We want to make sure we don't have duplicates.  There will be plenty of grills to cook on, but feel free to bring your own kettle to show off and display as well!

Is there a time frame for the get together??? I have a graduation party to attend mid to late afternoon but I'd still like to stop by and meet, greet and EAT. I'm planning on making an appetizer or 2.  Bacon wrapped stuffed mushrooms and I'm still undecided on the other one.

I think 2 at the earliest to eat is most likely.  It would be fine to make something after you get there and get settled in.  We'll have grills going all afternoon most likely!  Come with an empty stomach of course.  Bring some grills to show of Dustin!

I'm happy to be able to add Cindy and me to the list. Do we have specifics yet? If so, can those be added to the first post so we don't have to search page after page of this thread.

Are we doing anything to organize food? I can think of a few things I'd like to make that I think others would enjoy. (I've been putting my burger press to good use lately and who doesn't like a good burger?) Smoked brats would be pretty good too.

As far as food organization...we are updating the list as people volunteer dishes they will be bringing.  Burgers and or brats are always a great idea.
