Ain't no Santa Maria

But the JJ did the job.

Just wanted a simple sandwich for dinner. Garlic aioli on he rolls then grilled up. Sliced up the tritip, threw it on the aioli grille rolls and it was delicious. Doesn't look like much though.

Great looking Tri-tip. I pick them up a Costco when they have them whole as you have pictured here. Looks like you seared it over the basket and finished it on the other side with out direct heat?
