I bought this some time ago and forgot I had it and decided to cook a chicken today.

What I put in the chicken holder was apple juice some bbq rub, 2 tbls butter and a clove of garlic I did microwave the ingredients in the holder brfore I put chicken on and some of it spilled out that's what's in the pan, cooked at 350-375 for about an 75 min.
