The struggle is truly real.
It's the iconic symbol for the backyard. It's family/friends, food and fun. What more do you need to feel everything [is] going to be all right. As long as we can still have a BBQ in our backyard, the world seems a bit of a better place. At least for that moment. -reillyranch

Some pics. I wiped the CGA down a little. It will shine up beautifully. Has one small pock near a side handle is about it.
The '64 Texan is in real nice shape, but not 'like new' as the seller said. Nice leg sockets, handles, grates, dampers, and it has steel/rubber wheels. A few minor chips and that's about it.
The junker 3rd kettle he unloaded on me I had planned to make into a fire pit. Finally looked at it tonight and saw it's missing 2 leg sockets. Damnit man. It did have a nice Weber rib rack with it so it wasn't a total loss.

I love a good kettle rescue adventure. That Texan is a winner, for sure!

That Texan is awesome! I’d love to have it in my stable.

No pics of the local scenery when you went to pick it up?

We're gonna all need dash cams I think.
