Frittata on the 1978 birthyear coppermist. Baskets in the middle to build with fully open daisy wheels and then the baskets are moved to the edges and the daisy wheels shut lid is put on with the cast iron in the middle to set... you truly can do anything you can do in kitchen on a kettle. If you put your mind to it.

I love grilled or smoked frittata...I love cooking with CI on the grill...And I agree...I can cook most anything on my charcoal grill that can be cooked in the kitchen...
