Birthday Ribeyes on the Glen Blue
« on: May 16, 2016, 08:44:53 PM »
Here's where the lovely wife hid my presents:

She's a cooker ;)

A fun toy I got for my birthday!

Medium rare:

Ribeyes with my homemade chimichurri sauce, sweet potato fries, caprese salad, root beer floats (my son's idea...who am I to argue), then apple pie and ice cream for dessert.  A good day!

@WNC I would hang it but I'm afraid it might fall off...it was pretty windy yesterday and I wanted to be careful.

That is understandable. In the case of high winds, place the lid on a soft, non-abrasive, non-concrete surface, like a wooden table, or one of your children.

Okay, well that's understandable.

I actually had a lid fall fall off from the hook for the first time yesterday. Thankfully onto the grass, so I get it, you made the right call.

Still great grill, great cook, oh and did I say...GREAT GRILL!

You're a lucky dude!

I may have to get a slide aside...I've kind of wanted one anyway.
