Awesome!  Now that's a BBQ stool.  The red looks really good.  Nice job.

Can't help but see a giant Aussie tongue sticking out of those redhead lips. It's the Sticky Fingers of barstools!

I'm a little sad to see a red get cut up like that, but it does look pretty good.  Only thing I might change is putting some type red or black plastic edges around the sides.  It looks like it could be sharp on either end of the cushion.  I wonder how they mounted the base to the bowl.  I'm assuming some bolts through the one touch vents.
Kettle collector AND cooker!

the red is shot
has pin holes all through it so no i didnt trash a good redhead
i tech screwed the base to the kettle then long 8mm threaded rod from base of seat through kettle

no sharp edges anywhere good control on the angle grinder!

funny actually i hadnt really sat on it properly then last friday night when hogsy was over he literally jumped up on it it made a little porcelain craking noise but held up great thanks for the test hogsy  you crash test dummy

I like it! I bet some thin red protective foam around the cut would blend in nicely.

@Golly you broke it, it's never going to work now.

I only use kettles with lid bales.
