I'm going to say grey, that would be an awfully perfect fade if it's a black.
CGA,GGA, jumbo joe, 3-18" kettles,22" blue,green,yellow and 2 reds, 1-22" lid mod for pizza, a genesis silver,2 Red SS Performers,2 26ers,1 red, 1 chief and a Ranch Kettle.

What’s the date code? My initial reaction is faded black. Gray was only made in limited runs, and I believe they were only OTPs, MTs, and SSPs (in the 22” size). @Craig

Either way it’s rad and you should consider picking it up.

It’s either a gray....sans back handle and possibly bale removed or...it’s an evenly faded WW.

I’m leaning toward bleached out WW.

I think it is grey because the bowl looks the same.

This is a true Gray and it’s not an OTP, MT, or SSP.



What did they call these? Bar-B-Kettle?

I'm no expert but I'd bet the farm (if I had one) it's faded black.
