That thing is so awesome just like those biscuits momma used to make, just right brown on top and bottom.

Is that all you have to say? No pics of the first cook?  How hot was the handle?

Here's the 'custom' from 1969.... closer up, it almost looks like it's burnt-orange or even a monochrome 'brownie'??. This one makes me imagine that this is the kind of kettle that could be bought at Sam Drucker's General store!

Below is a couple screenshots from 1973

Looks like somebody just picked up an original 67 Seville cart over on BBQ Brethren.

That Seville cart is cool!  8) Did anyone here or on TVWBB, or Brethren get ahold of this 'Wood Dale' baby blue from ebay last month?

Also, heres a shot of a 22.5 Lime (not mine). Not many pics of these around as the Avocado kettles seem to pop up more often.

Its high time for a bump on this one. Its been a while, we've grown a lot over the past year, oh and I found a couple more treasures.

Looks like a Polaroid from the mid 60s. Do you think its a 'Cado or a Baby Blue?

Looks to be from the 1968-1972 era. I wonder if its the same guy as above only older and with glasses. Looks like him. Notice the laminated side table.  ;)

This redhead is or was on display in the Smithsonian. No Joke. Someone there should have got in touch with the WKC to help prep it for proper display.  :-\

I like her tongs!  ;D

That Red needs a Zav handle and an ash catcher. Craig send them a picture of the correct set up. ;)

The guy gives me an idea of sorts of what to wear for a "Throwback cook". I'm still looking for a 50s-60s getup to wear and find a pipe and a Fedora.

Craig

And for honorable mention......

This is the best one of all!

With all the talk about the history again with the Wood Dale handles thread, I thought it was time to bring out this "Best of WKC" thread for our new friends who probably have not seen it before. Here's another gem. This could also go into "Just a picture I liked".
