Looks good.  From my experience those tanks are older and don't have opd valve. Some propane guys may not fill them.

All of ny ss performer have a tank with a three pronged handle not a star like yours. The the prong version has an OPD.

What they did with 04 SS was they put a whole new top on the tank all upgraded , I don't know if they will do the same for these or not , I'll let you know .

Fits like a glove. I did replace the burner tube assembly while I was at it. I'm good for another ten years at least.



Marty, do you remember by any chance, what size bolt you used to mount the tube holder?
Aman had to take the bowl home to cut of the old screws with his dremel and I have know reference.

The crew at my meat source (the mega-mart BJ's) won't fill the old-style tank fitting, but the guys at my local U-Haul never even glance at the fitting or the dates on the tanks.  FWIW.
