Last pics for now.

One of the wheels. Most of the work on this one will be shining up the legs and especially the triangle which has a little light rust.

If anyone wants to see larger pics, right now they are the latest pictures uploaded at pics.weberkettleclub.com. Hopefully you can see them if interested.

That's incredible!!!

Rare to find this color w/o all the heat cracks / crazing & lid chips that are usually present....enjoy that one (& try not to burn too,too high of heat!!)

That is an incredible find. Such a beautiful condition Lime.

Looking forward to minor clean-up pics.  I'll bet it will look brand new.

That Lime is the closest to mint as I have seen.....and I have a very good one here.

..........Leading up to you getting this I don't recall reading about it in online finds. Smart.
"Why do you have so many bbq's?"....."I just like lookin' at em' sometimes....and I have enough purses and shoes"

Thanks! My biggest concern is how it will look when I take it out in the light. I love how it looks in the auction house picture, but when I look at it in the back seat of my truck I don't love it. It looks less Limey and more Simpsons grill yellowish. Hopefully that is because the light is filtered thru tinted back windows.

One thing I don't do is get so excited that I have to post up a grill that I am interested in. This was only a couple of days from the time I found it until the auction ended. If you read the link that I previously posted, you will see that it was over a month from the time I found it until the auction ended. That sucked. I was really excited about that one, especially since the listing only listed grill and not Weber in the title/ description so I thought it might be missed. After looking at that listing almost every day for a month, my excitement waned because  hunting season had started. I had other things things I wanted to do more than driving five hours to pick it up, so I passed the info on to the nearest WKC member I found on the member map.

Damn! That lime couldn't have been cooked on more than a few times. I don't see one chip or handle strap blowout. GRATE FIND!! Looks like a 1975.

That shit looks mint!
Great find, one of the best limes I've seen up here
