My dream kettle would be a copper mothership ranch. Of existing kettles, I'm not sure I have a dream. There are too many nice ones.

Stock black OTS kettle is all I need, but my dream would be to build a permanent brick grilling centre with a standard height concrete worktop to mount it on - if it ever wears out (a big if) I can always replace the kettle for very little.  I'd also increase the functionality with a hinged lid and probably a gourmet grate system.
