Giving a Red grill to a 12 year boy.....good on ya Craig. Always had a strong hunch you were one of the good guys.

Pretty sure I saw him ride in with a white hat !!!

Good Show mate....and great example too !!!!

Very kind of you to do that for the boy.  Starting the next generations of Weber grillers.

You're a good man Craig! The story kinda made me feel greedy. I would have never thought of giving away one of my red kettles. It is now on my to do list.
May The Smoke Be With You!

Great story, really nice.  Getting them hooked early.  I can only imagine what our collections would look like if we all started at 12.

I don't know what's more impressive, the generosity displayed here, or the 12 year old BBQ warlock who is probably skipping class because he's powering through the stall on a 13 lb brisket?
Charcoal rookie, whisky hall-of-famer. Current rig: 3 OTS's acquired second-hand, a Smoke-EZ, Maverick ET-733 and not enough time

Thanks guys it was nice to get someone else into this great hobby of ours. Who knows he may join the site later on. He's already got his chimney and starter cubes ready to go... (He was using lighter fluid on his OTG). Now he wants to get a cover...... oh and he likes the zavodles that are on my grills... He wants a set of those too.... it doesn't stop there... .

My stepdad already went out and bought a cover and tool holder for his Warrior. He broke it in with some ribs already.
