It's not the holy grail extra large Wok, but in my opinion this is the second best, with new cast iron gourmet one is third. Got a sweet deal on this, so I couldn't pass it up even though I have the gourmet wok.

Sweet - saw one of those on the used site up here recently for 20 bucks. Problem was it involved a 10 hour round trip to get it. Those look so cool.
"Why do you have so many bbq's?"....."I just like lookin' at em' sometimes....and I have enough purses and shoes"

You guys are right! I've even been too busy to use the new Mangal Grill I showed everyone a few weeks back. With a wife who is 8-1/2 months pregnant and me doing major construction on my house myself, it's been too easy just to go out to dinner all the time!

No more excuses, I'll be grilling tomorrow and will be sure to post some pics!

Do these woks need to be seasoned like the older metal woks?

Cause the older ones are way cooler and work way better, get way hotter, and have taller sides so your food don't go flyin' out when you mix it!

Kettle collector AND cooker!

If I can ever find an old one, I will definitely buy it. For now, the SS Wok works great. First cook on it and did some veggies to go with the ribs I did on my WSM. Enjoy!

And for the main course:
