Blog post TOC and article on low 'n slow on the kettle?

I was trying to find Troy's post on techniques for low 'n slow on the kettle. As I paged back through blog posts, it occurred to me that there has to be a better way to search this stuff. A table of contents would be very helpful.

And what happened to the post I sought? I never did find it.

I'm an officer in our BMW MC club. When I get complaints I listen, explain and then offer "I'm glad you brought that up because we've been looking for someone who can help with that." 

Sounds like Troy or one of his other minions is already on it.
