I love wings. I love sriracha.  Today i am making a sriracha spicy tomato and fresh basil wing sauce.

Wing sauce sounds great, Siracha sounds great, I'll have to try that. I usually use tapatio, time to try something new :) ! Nice formation, can't wait to see the rest of it.

Wings are essentially cooked, so it is time for them to be drunked.  Dunked I mean. 

I also chain grill, so I grabbed a briq from the lit fire and started a small fire on the second grill.  Second grill will be used a little later, so one briq is plenty to get it going with enough time.

These were gone immediately.  Next time I will up the pizza sauce ratio to make that flavour more pronounced. They tasted better than they look.

This is a picture of crinkle cut sweet potato fries being placed on a grill.  And my younger sons foot.

When doing stufflike this, I often use parchment paper.  These fries will be dusted with Simply Marvelous Sweet and Spicy Rub.  I can smell the fries cooking as I post this....

I forgot the cookies!  Had to stoke the coals and let the grill heat back up. Did two batches.  Worth it!
